Site work is underway on this 63-acre parcel for a Walmart Supercenter in Jacksonville, FL. Site preparation includes fully clearing, grading, and bringing in all utilities to the site. In addition, a new turn lane and intersection including all new signalization, crosswalks and signage will be added. This 178,000 SF Supercenter will include a deli, bakery, pharmacy and vision, garden, auto care and money centers as well as a 2,700 SF liquor store.
