FMGI’s first Aldi conversion has begun! Aldi has made a commitment to deliver affordable, quality groceries to more communities. This 24,096 SF former Winn-Dixie in Ft. Myers, FL is just one of many slated for 2025. Led by Project Managers, Steve Gehring and David Motley, Assistant Project Managers, Alec Gloer and Pete Pereira and Superintendent, Matthew Brown, the Ft.
